Precision profiling and cutting of stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium can be undertaken for sheet and plate up to thicknesses of 20mm, 25mm and 12mm respectively. The speed and flexibility of our machines coupled with our considerable expertise in the industry all add up to high quality work, delivered on time and at very competitive prices.
Our investment in state of the art machinery sets us apart from the competition. A 6kW Bystronic Autonom Laser complete with load/unload system runs alongside our 4kW Trumpf 3030. The system runs unmanned throughout the night which allows for 24 hour operation on flatbed laser cutting in a range of materials from 25mm Mild Steel, 20mm Stainless Steel and 15mm Aluminum. On all but the thickest materials we can achieve geometric accuracy of ±0.1mm.
A high degree of autonomy thanks to collision detection, lens cassette changer, nozzle changer and automatic nozzle alignment. This reduces non-productive time and increases process reliability.
ByTrans Extended allows for complete unmanned operation, creating 24 hourproduction. The machine will load and unload sheets, inserting protective sheetsbetween parts if required.
We can cut material up to a maximum size of 3050mm x 1520mm.

For forming 3D parts, .STEP files are most suitable.
